Sushi in the Parking Lot

An awkward name, you say? Nonsense! Because it's precisely what myself and Willy were doing Tuesday afternoon in the Real Canadian Superstore's parking lot. Don't believe me? I'll show you.

See? Now you believe me. And I no longer have to ramble on about it. In lament's terms, it was deeeee-lish. In all other aspects, I enjoyed that particular night out on the town.
Then I came home, watched some T.V. and up-chucked into my toilet. Apparently the bajillion baked "Smileys" I had... along with a tray of Sushi didn't help my poor, poor stomach. Alas!

And what is the picture above this text, you might ask? This, folks... is my life as of late. City of Heroes. Pictured above is one of the Game Masters on one of the FIRST characters on the game - with a bajillion things written about them - they're the original heroes. And they seldom EVER appear IN-GAME, so seeing Mr. Back Alley Brawler, as pictured above... clearly made my COH night. Not to mention, I was a winning finalists in a CC (Costume Contest) at the same time. :)
It was MINT.
note; that all chacters positioned around B.A.B are random, and I know none of them - therefore I've blanked out their names to keep everything confidential... so there's no "that's my character!" on my blog - because that is certainly not the point here. :P

In all other news, I'll be starting work this Sunday morning. It's orientation for a month, to see how I do.. and how well I work for them... and after that point, they'll decide if I'm a good person to work there - although I have full confidence that I'll be working there permanently for the most part. I'll be working at a little variety store/restaurant/post office dealie.... it's a small town.. so what can I say. :P hehe. Not to mention, I can walk to work! Suuuhhhh-weeet! :D
Good luck to me! :D

Easter's Passed-Over

Happy Easter - Happy PassOver.
Happity Hippity Hop day, if you'd like. :)

Today proved interesting; I got to sleep in - as per always, went to my Aunt's home about 15 minutes from my own, sat around with family for a few hours; chatted, ate and walked around... and then took a cruise around afterwards in the boonies that is my country and photographed nearly everything I saw - before returning home to where I am now. :) So this is where I update on the funny moments, the scary ones, and the downright 'what were you thinking' moments.

What Were You Thinking!?

We'll start with the 'what were they thinking' moments; because it's Easter... and this particular photo pertains to this holiday season. Lynched Bunny. Stay with me here, folks... I'm not racist towards Peter Cottontail or anything... but this one is just downright HILARIOUS. It looks like someBUNNY doesn't like easter. :P! Awe!

Now, this is not setup... this is not someone's home that I know personally.... The only thing I know about these particular people is they are located in my town.... and it's clear that the whole Easter-spirit is not sticking in their household. I'm sure this isn't an intentional means of rebelling against Easter... but the whole.... set-up of this poor bunny is just horrible. The least they could've done is tie up his arms, aswell..... but then poor bunny here would be a crucified little bunny instead.... and that... well that might actually be worse than this.

Scary Moments

The Doll of Doom - AKA; Chomper.

Now we're assuming, atleast I am... that this toy was once loved dearly....... assuming any loving child would enjoy squeezing it's tummy to make it chomp down on unsuspecting fingers. I'm sure it was a grand little toy to play with... but of course, assuming my assumptions were incorrect... I'm sure this doll could have a lead roll in the next Chucky film.

Don't you agree?
Although Chomper here could also be placed in the 'Funny Category' :P

Aside from that, though... we photographed every windmill we seen

Even the ones with no more wind in their mills. :P haha!

Seen a camera bigger than mine...

and took many sunset pictures.

Happy Easter all!

The Oldany!

Since I've been going through a number of different sites of mine, I've found alot of old pictures that I feel like sharing here. Haha! It's astounding the changes someone can make in a handful of years.

Out With the Old - In With The New!

So there you have it folks.
What a transformation.! :P

My water company will be here today - FINALLY! good water! :D

April Foo'

I got a Wii Fit. LOL.
That's a joke in itself considering I made fun of it for the longest time. Well, who's the fool NAOW. I bought it on April Fool's day, of course. :P Needless to say, I got an amazing deal on it.. got everything for it.. (got it at a pawn shop) and managed to mantain myself from laughin' most of the way home. It goes with the collection, darnit! So I didn't mind at the time. Willy was completely pee'd though... he thought it was a waste of money at the time.

Well... now it's not! haha!

We both love the damn thing... and surprisingly... don't laugh here - it's made me ACTUALLY wanna' work out. I used to jog and such... but with the amount of weezing I did when I came inside(asthma, is my guess), it made me not wanna take up jogging anymore. Regardless; since the 1st (what a good day to start), I've been cutting back my portions, drinking Diet only (as always!), and exercising an hour a day to start. And I've been doing sit-ups... oh my goodness. First off, I suck at sit ups. My belly has been jello for years, and it's obvious I haven't been working THOSE muscles for a while. Now, as I type this journal entry, I can feel the sting in my "non-abs" from doing a mere 15 yesterday. I am not looking forward to today's workout! hahaha. My arms are also killing from push-ups and my calves are taking a well needed break from running.

In all honesty, I don't remember the last time I was happy with how I looked. Sure, I got pretty eyes and such - an average "overall" look... but I'm nothing too extraordinary. I don't believe that I'm being fair to myself. I know for a fact that I deserve to be happy with who I am, how I look, and how I feel. I'm not some depressed basket-case that mopes around her house all day. I'm a strong person, and with help from exercise... and losing weight.. I know my life will be something that I'm proud of... not something I want to cover up under baggy sweaters. Don't get me wrong - I love my life.. and know that I'm alot more blessed than most... but it seems unfair to myself to not want to be healthy, to not lose the weight, and to not be living at my full potential. I can only imagine the happiness I bring to other people, but it's time I really buckle down and make a commitment to myself.

Blah blah blah.
In lament's terms! I'm exercising. :P + I'm happy!

I screwed up my sleep schedule, again! =\ I'm writing this at 4:30 - in the middle of the night! I just have such a problem staying up during the day - staying up durin' the night is so much more fun.! :) I slept during the day, whereas Will was able to stay up during the day... now he's sleeping.. and I'm awake. So today I'm determined to stay up... until ATLEAST 9:00. Maybe Willy will take me shopping... >.>... That keeps me up. :D.

As for the water update - I'll finally be getting good water! :D It's been a long time coming... but I'll be getting installed sometime next week I believe. :D Wooooo! Then I'll be able to finish my bathroom reno. I can't really do anything with it until I know how they're going to do the piping... as the mainline comes into the bathroom.

Also, as some of you reading may know. my living room's picture window (a 93x50 window[HUGE]) is broken from the inside. My insurance won't cover it unless it's vandalism or nature... and I'm having to dish out ATLEAST 1500 to it. I've had a bunch of estimates done, and I've come to the conclusion that I certainly don't want a window that just... looks like a window. So we'll be replacing the front window with a more productive window; one that opens and actually is useful for something! Plus, if we go with the current company we've been speaking to... it'll have lifetime warranty as long as the house is standing (and is transferable as many times it needs to be - from one owner to a bajillion)- a major selling point for potential buyers if we intend on moving later on.

And Bruce, the damn Spruce is STILL standing. But we'll see about that, the next time my mom is off work - and can motivate my uncle to buzz the damned thing. We'll be seein' ya, Bruce. :)

And we FINALLY! grouted the front tile. Now it doesn't just look like tile on the floor, it looks really spiffy. :D. I'm proud. :D I'll take pictures and update that, later.

I believe that is all in my daily function of life.
I do believe that it is time for I to get a good start on my daily exercise for the day.
Afterall, these love handles ain't gunna' get lost on their own, you know.
Take care alllll!
